Some of our pieces can be personalised or adapted depending on the materials and details you have in mind. If you have a special idea, feel free to reach out — we would love to create something unique together.
We recommend:
Avoid exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorine, perfumes and beauty products, as these may affect the finish and appearance of the materials.
Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising or sleeping to help preserve its condition.
Keep your pieces stored safely in the pouch provided with your order when they are not being worn.
Avoid storing multiple pieces together to prevent scratches or tangling.
If something happens to your piece
We carefully prepare every order before it reaches you. If your jewelry arrives damaged or there is an issue with your piece, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that damage caused by improper care, accidents or natural wear from everyday use is not covered.
